What we collect
When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, shipping address, order details, and any files you upload. If you pay through the site, payment is handled by Authorize.Net — your card details go to them, and we do not store your full card number on our servers. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) are kept briefly for security.
How we use it
To quote, produce, and ship your order, to answer your questions, and to keep the records we need for accounting. Art files and job details become part of your job’s permanent record so we can reprint your work accurately.
Who helps us (and sees some of your information)
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that make your order possible, and only for that purpose: our web host (SiteGround), our customer-conversation service (Help Scout), our file storage (Dropbox, where uploaded art and job files live inside our production systems), our payment processor (Authorize.Net), and the shipping carriers that deliver your order. All of it is stored in the United States.
Cookies, analytics & embedded content
Beyond the functional cookies the site needs to run, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used, and a Pinterest tag that helps us measure our own advertising. Some pages embed YouTube videos and Google Fonts; Google may set cookies when those load. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
We use Pinterest’s tools to post our own product pins to our own Pinterest account and to read how those pins are doing. That tool works only with our own boards and pins; it does not collect any information about you or about other Pinterest users.
How long we keep it
Quotes, orders, art files, and correspondence are kept as long as we keep job records — that’s how we reprint past work accurately and answer questions about old orders. Analytics data is kept on the default retention schedule of those tools.
