LTL Shipping Form

LTL stands for Less than Trailer Load, sometimes refereed to as Freight Shipment. LTL is a shipping method used when shipping larger orders such as pallets of printed material.

Please note that there is a $50 minimum handling charge for either shipping option, higher handling charge may be required on larger orders.

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, Norman’s Printery will provide you with the weight and measurements of the shipment. We highly recommend you add insurance for the full cost of materials as well as services Norman’s Printery has provided (i.e. glass printing where you provided the glass and Norman’s Printery did the printing).

Please note that a handling charge of $10 plus $1.00 per box per pallet will apply even if you arrange the shipping.

Loading Dock or Lift Gate(Required)

A lift gate is a device on the end of a truck that lifts cargo on and off. It is required when delivering anywhere that doesn't have a loading dock or forklift.

Loading dock or forklift is available at delivery destination

Inside delivery option(Required)

Inside Delivery is charged by shipping companies whenever a loading dock or forklift is not available and the shipment must be offloaded and then moved to an inside location by the driver.

This charge can be avoided by having the shipment offloaded only, and then moving the boxes yourself.

Outside delivery OK, I will move the boxes to thier final storage location.

Note, the amount you enter is not the amount you will pay, in most cases insurance costs under $100.

Warning! Not adding insurance risks losing goods to damage. We highly recommend adding coverage for the cost of our services plus any material costs. We do not make money on insurance coverage, but we've seen enough bad things happen over the years to know it's a good idea.
