Because we offer in-house die-cutting we can make you almost any type of box you want. Contact us with your needs and we’ll help you create the perfect package. All custom boxes will require a die which start at around $350 and can go up depending on size and complexity. This is a one time cost, we save your die for future use. Printing on the outside and inside of boxes is possible.

Folding cartons are one-piece cartons, folded and glued typically on one corner and possibly on the bottom as well depending on the carton style. They ship flat in larger shipping boxes and are erected into the final shape when placing the contents into the carton.

Inserts are often included for larger candles, where additional protection to guard against breakage is desired. Sometime smaller items may have an insert as well, such as when more than one item is placed in the folding carton or a larger carton is needed than the size of the item going into it.

Heavier items such as candles typically require 24 pt. paperboard. Smaller items such as dropper bottles, applicators and any item under about 2” in width and depth may work fine with 18 pt. paperboard. Samples of paperboard are available.

PLEASE NOTE: All quotes are based on your supplied Print Ready file as per the requirements listed below. Files that do not meet these requirements will either be returned to you for correction or there will be an additional charge if you request us to make the correction for you.

Should you choose to proceed with this project, a PDF proof including safety margin, cut line, tab (if requested) and bleed image will be emailed to you prior to the production of the order.

Print ready files for Digitally Printed Dust Covers must include:

Properly Sized Image(s) - needs no reduction or enlargement
Vector (recommended) or 300 DPI Bitmapped File(s) saved as a PDF
CMYK for color printing
Safety, Cut Line and Bleed Margins are correct
Line weights no thinner than .5 pt.
No revisions of any kind are needed
Centered on page without die line image

Print ready files for Foil Stamped, Letterpress Printed or Debossed Dust Covers must include:

Properly Sized Image(s) - needs no reduction or enlargement

100% spot color(s) used in file (no CMYK, RGB or other colors)
If printing digitally PLUS foil stamping, indicate foil image with 100% magenta
